DPS Play Schools are the premium pre/play school chain in India. DPS carries huge expectations from the society to mould every kid who walks into our campus to be able to adapt to future trends, be it education or personality development. Here we have PLAYGROUP & NURSERY.

It is a well-established fact that the competence of a preschool curriculum has a significant impact during the child’s early developmental years. Here the curriculum is based on PLAY WAY METHOD of Learning. Play-way method of learning is a child centric method where the method of teaching is informal and natural to suit the child’s interests. We belief that learning is best through play activities in the early years. Play-way Method makes teaching more lively and interesting. We have incorporated this method in the school curriculum for teaching English, Arithmetic, Environmental Studies etc through a series of activities like games, songs, free play, construction activities etc. The learning is not just limited to cognitive development, but also for the overall development of the child. A few methods and techniques included in this method are Role plays, Group Projects, Theme based learning etc.

We follow formal learning as well, to ensure that the child is ready for the primary education. We provide learning opportunities, which are tailored to each individual child’s interest and requirements, through all areas of their learning and development. We provide opportunities that will stretch stimulate and entertain, as well as educate. Individuality is paramount to childcare, and our aim is to bring an enjoyable, safe, learning environment within a flexible routine in a group setting whilst taking individual requirements into full consideration.

The Foundation Stage and Curriculum are designed by the DPS research and development team keeping in mind the needs & demands of the global environment. We teach children how to think and connect between their learning and experiences. We aim to encourage learning by making the curriculum as interactive as possible, where children can learn practically and develop their independence as learners.
